Terms and Conditions

The RidingItaly brand and the Ridingitaly website belong to the company dot4all S.r.l., registered in Italy with VAT number IT09834021009, registered office in Via Adriano Fiori 32/b, 00156 Rome, Italy. Ridingitaly.co.uk describes and promotes a selection of riding holidays in Italy.

We will occasionally update our terms and conditions which will always be available on our website. If you require any further assistance, please email us at info@ridingitaly.co.uk.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. About this document.
This document is legally important and represents an agreement between you and RidingItaly on our service terms and conditions. In these conditions we refer to the customer as ‘the Customer’ or ‘he’ and to Ridingitaly as ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘RidingItaly’.
1.2. What we do. RidingItaly offers a platform for the communication and promotion of horse riding holidays at some of the best horse riding centres in Italy (referred to as “Sellers”). We use our websites (Ridingitaly.co.uk and Ridingitaly.com), our Facebook page and other holiday? websites to put Sellers and Customers in contact and facilitate transactions between them. When a the Customer buys a holiday advertised on our website, he will agree to the terms and conditions of the chosen Seller. RidingItaly never acts directly as a Seller. Customers come to a contract agreement with the Seller and not with RidingItaly. The Seller will be responsible for the entire selling process, any problems or complaints, and any other matters relating to the agreed contract.
1.3. Other services. If the Customer agrees, he will be asked for contact information which RidingItaly will use to send newsletters, promotions and other information by email. We will never share your information with any other company apart from our Sellers. 2. HOW TO CONTACT US AND BOOK A HOLIDAY THROUGH RIDINGITALY
2.1. How to contact us. To enquire about any of our holidays, please use the enquiry form on our website or send an email to flavia@ridingitaly.co.uk. We will reply via email providing further information on the holiday (s) in question, a booking form and terms and conditions from the Seller. The Customer is advised to read the email contents and attachments carefully before booking. RidingItaly is always available for any further information about the booking process and the contract with the Seller.
2.2. Booking confirmation. When we receive a completed booking form from the Customer, we will confirm the booking by email. The booking and the contract between the Seller and the Customer comes into existence when such a confirmation email is issued by us. Please check the email carefully as soon as you receive it and raise any queries immediately.
2.3. Payment. THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT when booking a holiday with RidingItaly however, the full price of the holiday must be paid to the Seller no later than 10 days before the first day of the holiday. RidingItaly will provide the customer with the Seller’s payment details and the exact date by which the payment must be made.
2.4. Special requests.
Please indicate clearly on the booking form if you have any special dietary requirements or other requests (such as a preference for single/double room when available, different arrival/departure times or dates etc). The Seller will make every effort to make suitable arrangements for the Customer but cannot guarantee to be able to meet all requests. If these requests are essential for the Customer, please specify this on the booking form. The Customer is entitled to cancel the booking with no cancellation charges if the Seller is unable to meet these special requests.

3. CUSTOMER’S FEEDBACK AND CONTENT
3.1 Customer’s Content. RidingItaly would like to request reviews, comments, pictures and videos from its customers in order to improve its services and for promotional purposes.
3.2. Creator of Customer’s Content and restrictions. In contributing any Customer Content, you represent and warrant that you are the creator of the User Content. If you are acting on behalf of the creator, that you have express, advance authority from the creator to submit or post the User Content, and that you have all rights necessary to grant the licenses and grants set out in this Agreement in respect of that User Content. You further represent and warrant (or, if you are acting on behalf of the creator of the User Content, you have been assured that the creator represents and warrants) that the sharing of the User Content for the purposes you have selected will not violate or infringe any copyrights, trademarks or any other intellectual property rights or rights of third parties, including the rights of publicity or privacy. RidingItaly does not have any express burden or responsibility to provide you with indications, markings or anything else that may aid you in determining whether the material in question is copyrighted or trademarked. You will be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, proprietary rights or any other harm resulting from such a submission.
3.3. Licence. The customer shall retain all of his ownership rights in and to the User Content he submits (as pictures and videos). However, by contributing User Content or other information to us, you grant RidingItaly a right and license to use the User Content for promotions, advertising, market research, feedback from our partners, and any other suitable use. You also relieves RidingItaly or Dot4all S.r.l. from any responsibility should a third party claim ownership over the User Content you provide.
3.4. RidingItaly Content. With this agreement the Customer agrees that any photographs or film taken during a holiday arranged through us, and subsequently offered by the customer for use by us, may be used for promotional purposes or in any RidingItaly publication.

4. CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS
4.1. Email address. When contacting RidingItaly, the Customer should provide a valid current, and personal email address.. RidingItaly will use this address to send important communications and information about the purchased holiday, and other offers and promotions.
4.2. Personal information. When booking, the Customer should provide valid and accurate personal information and communicate any subsequent change by email to flavia@ridingitaly.co.uk.
4.3. Website content. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the suitability of the holiday and booking conditions. For any further information or concerns, please email flavia@ridingitaly.co.uk

5. HOLIDAY PRICE
RidingItaly guarantees that information and prices published on the website are correct and up to date. However, the Sellers can change the price of holidays anytime and the Customer will be informed about the correct price at the time of the booking. During the booking process, the price may change to meet Customer’s special requests or arrangements and any variation of it will be promptly communicated to the Customer for approval. The Customer is entitled to cancel the booking with no cancellation charge if unhappy with the change of price.
6. SELLERS’ RESPONSABILITIES
We strongly encourage our customers to check the Sellers’ booking conditions about payment, liability, personal insurance, safety measures and behaviour around horses.

7. PRIVACY POLICY
The customer is encouraged to read our privacy policy as part of this agreement. (http://www.ridingitaly.com/privacy/)

8. LINKS TO AND FROM OTHER SITES
Where the Site contains links to third party sites and to resources provided by third parties (together “Other Sites”), those Other Sites are linked solely to provide additional information. We have no control over, nor accept any responsibility for Other Sites or for the content or products offered by Other Sites (including relating to social networking sites such as Facebook) and we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. If you decide to access any of the third party Sites linked to the Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
“RidingItaly”, the RidingItaly logos and variations thereof found on the Site are trademarks owned by dot4all S.r.l. and all use of these marks inures to the benefit of dot4all S.r.l. Other marks on the site not owned by dot4all S.r.l. may be under license from the trademark owner thereof, in which case such license is for the exclusive benefit and use of dot4all S.r.l. unless otherwise stated, or may be the property of their respective owners. You may not use any names, logos, trademarks or brands without dot4all S.r.l.’s express permission.
